Todd McGarrity has been building in Buckhead for 17 years.  Todd comes from a commercial construction and development background.  After working at Thompson Company Inc. engineering firm, he joined his father Doug McGarrity in creating McGarrity and Company in 1996.  McGarrity and Company was involved in many successful projects including the Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee and the Ritz Carlton in the Grand Cayman.  Todd enjoys the “nuts and bolts” of the construction process and loves getting involved in the details that custom projects demand. He has lived in Atlanta since 1972.  Todd and his wife Anna have two girls and live in the Margret Mitchell community.
