McGarrity-Garcia Residential was created in February 1996.  The partnership combines the wisdom of many years of construction experience with excitement and enthusiasm of new and challenging projects.  Both Jim and Todd love the process as much as the product.  It would be hard to find a builder that is more “hands on” than McGarrity Garcia. Getting to know their clients and how they live is essential to producing a home that not only fits their everyday needs, but also allows their inspiration to come to life.  They want their clients to enjoy the everyday experiences of a comfortable home but still walk in and say “Wow!”
